The Role, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting each and every guest, assisting with seating and queries at the door adhering to our service standards.
  • Answering the phone and resolving customer service questions.
  • Making and managing reservations using the SevenRooms booking platform.
  • Communicating important information regarding the day’s bookings to the Front and Back of House teams.
  • Assisting the FOH team with all other additional duties and requirements.
